Passionate about wine and gastronomy, David has oriented his career to luxury hospitality on the Vaudois Riviera and entrepreneurship in Spain and Switzerland. He holds the sommelier certificate from ASSP, the wine commerce diploma from the Changins wine school, and the WSET level 3. He is currently vice-president of the Swiss Professional Sommeliers Association of French-speaking Switzerland, where the objective is to transmit and promote the sommelier profession. Naturally, he moves towards training by teaching within the Swiss Professional Sommeliers Association.
