Katherine is a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and holds an MBA from NEOMA Business School. She has 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, mainly in the luxury sector, more than half of which has been dedicated to training and education. Katherine is passionate about hospitality and people, and wants to share her enthusiasm with others through her courses in service, communication, and management.
