Sylvère is a proud graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), holder of the entrepreneur certificate SSH-VDH, adult trainer, graduate of the Institute for Applied Psychology (IAP) in Zurich, holder of a certificate in coaching "Psychology of Change" (DietzTraining/Heidelberger Beraterkreis). His extensive career allowed him to become an expert in strategy definition, quality management, customer orientation, "emotionally intelligent" sales, handling difficult cases, organizational coaching, and project management.

With a Master's degree in Education Sciences and Adult Training, Ana is responsible for the development and management of training projects (face-to-face, hybrid, and digital) as well as quality assurance processes in Hotelis Academy. Her dedication to projects and desire to innovate enable her to respond to client demands professionally and effectively, with personalized service. She also has a great ability to adapt to different contexts and enjoys everyday challenges.

Graduate in Labor Sciences and Tourism from the University of Barcelona and certified in personnel management (HRSE), Alia is responsible for managing various training projects (face-to-face, hybrid, and digital). Empathetic and attentive, her career in international environments has allowed her to develop intercultural skills as well as a good adaptability. She also stands out for her resilience and effective communication.

Graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Anne is our Sales Manager for French-speaking region of Switzerland. She began her career in luxury hospitality and education, traveling between the United States, the United Kingdom, Yugoslavia, Guam, Taiwan, and China. Upon returning to Switzerland, she joined EHL in 2008, where she held various positions in the recruitment of Bachelor, MBA, and Executive Education students. With an open, positive, and dynamic personality, Anne engages with clients to further develop Hotelis Academy's business. She listens our clients carefully to understand their needs and assists them in developing their training plans.

Holder of a professional housekeeper diploma, Virginie, through her passion and desire to share her extensive expertise, is responsible for training and supporting Hotelis Housekeeping teams in their daily missions with our clients. Her skills in luxury hospitality and hospital environments allow her to exercise her talents in all work contexts.

Passionate about wine and gastronomy, David has oriented his career to luxury hospitality on the Vaudois Riviera and entrepreneurship in Spain and Switzerland. He holds the sommelier certificate from ASSP, the wine commerce diploma from the Changins wine school, and the WSET level 3. He is currently vice-president of the Swiss Professional Sommeliers Association of French-speaking Switzerland, where the objective is to transmit and promote the sommelier profession. Naturally, he moves towards training by teaching within the Swiss Professional Sommeliers Association.

A pastry chef for about fifteen years now, Nicolas has worked in establishments such as Le Petit Nice Passédat, the Troisgros house, or Anne Sophie Pic at the Beau Rivage Palace. He has been working for almost 4 years at the Hôtel de Ville de Crissier as head pastry chef. His pastry is mainly focused on local products. Encounters and sharing are fundamental values of gastronomy and life in general for Nicolas.

Katherine is a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) and holds an MBA from NEOMA Business School. She has 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, mainly in the luxury sector, more than half of which has been dedicated to training and education. Katherine is passionate about hospitality and people, and wants to share her enthusiasm with others through her courses in service, communication, and management. One of her training mottos is "The mind is not a vessel to be filled but a fire to be kindled." – Plutarch

ICF Certified Coach, Gallup Strengths coach, and certified in Cognitive Neuroscience (CNC), Mélanie is passionate about human beings and their functioning. An independent coach since 2020, with twenty years of experience leading projects and teams in multinational companies, Mélanie passionately conveys her experience and learning to help companies develop their managers' leadership from the perspectives of emotional intelligence, engagement, and relational ease.

Holder of the federal diploma of chef, and a born teacher, Patrice is passionate about world cuisines. His range extends from gastronomy to collective catering, including brasseries and luxury hotels. Patrice enjoys teaching what his peers have taught him because, in his opinion, cuisine is an art to be shared!

Graduate of the Alexandre Dumas Hotel School in Strasbourg, Frank is a trainer with solid experience in coaching, training, and adult education. Eight years of experience in sales in the gastronomy sector, as well as twenty years of experience in the hotel sector, fifteen of which as a chef, complete his background. He places people at the center of his training and helps them strengthen their knowledge.

With a Bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics, Flavia works with diverse populations and adapts to their specificities. She has been a teaching assistant in her field, particularly during culinary workshops. Jennifer, a registered dietitian since 2010 and working for 10 years in the field of collective catering, passionately transmits all the basics and specificities of nutrition and dietetics.
